Chef Doyoung Cha leads the culinary vision of La Yeon through a deep exploration of Korean ingredients and traditional recipes. He has dedicated himself to studying ingredients firsthand by visiting producers and sourcing regions, while also reinterpreting historical culinary texts and Korea’s fermentation traditions through a contemporary lens. His cooking, which captures the balance of understated flavors and the flow of the season, delicately expresses the depth and dignity of Korean gastronomy, completing the unique dining experience available at La Yeon.

To prevent no-shows, a reservation deposit of KRW 10,000 per person is collected at the time of booking.

- La Yeon's menu composition and pricing may change with the seasons. Please check at the time of reservation.
- A pre-dinner drink is served at the aperitif bar from 17:30 to 19:00 during dinner service.
- Smart casual attire is recommended, including jackets, shirts, blouses, and dresses.
- Our Korean restaurant, La Yeon, is designed to offer a calm and refined dining experience. To maintain this atmosphere, access to the main dining hall is limited to guests aged 6 and above.
