Head Bartender Chris Cho draws on extensive hands-on experience and a relentless pursuit of flavor to present cocktails that highlight the harmony and balance of their ingredients. Drawn to the art of bartending and the way a single cocktail can create an entirely new experience, he has built a career that has earned recognition through competitions both at home and abroad. His credentials include 1st place at the Asia Pacific Cocktail Competition Korea Selection in 2016, 3rd place at the World Cocktail Championship Korea Selection in 2017, and 1st place in Korea at the Pernod Ricard TAHONA Society in 2018.
He is particularly known for his tea-infusion technique, which weaves the aroma and flavor of tea into cocktails with great delicacy, resulting in a style anyone can enjoy with ease. Experience the relaxation and fresh inspiration that Head Bartender Chris Cho delivers in every glass.
