Ariake is a modern Japanese restaurant presenting the deep, refined flavors of authentic Japanese cuisine, crafted from seafood sourced from pristine waters and the finest carefully selected ingredients.
The space, realized by Japanese designer Ueki Kanji with a blend of Japanese sensibility and contemporary aesthetics, is complemented by the expressive food styling of Fukuda Noriko, together creating a dining experience that satisfies all the senses.
Enjoy seasonal dishes composed of ingredients sourced from the finest producers across Korea, alongside over 50 premium sakes and fine spirits, including rare labels such as Juyondai and Kikuhime.

Chef Sung Oh Moon

Creating an elegant Edomae sushi experience inspired by tradition and the beauty of the seasons

Chef Sung Oh Moon, who leads Ariake’s Japanese culinary program, trained in the art of authentic Edomae sushi under master craftsman Masashi Kimura of Kiyoda Sushi in Ginza, Japan. He presents refined dishes containing the sense of the season with seasonal ingredients carefully selected by visiting production areas around Korea. Based on traditional techniques and a delicate sensibility, he highlights the natural flavor of ingredients and delivers a unique elegant gastronomic experience at Ariake.

    - Phone: Reservations available from 10:00
