Earn points

Points will be given in the amount of 3% of the final payment for a standard guest room and 1% for dining facilities. Point rewards are differentiated by membership level.

The followings are excluded: Costs and expenses as specified in section 6(3) of the Terms and Conditions of the Shilla Rewards Program, including taxes, travel agent fees, laundry charges, and charges for use of the business center, fitness center and Urban Island facilities.

Redeem points

Points may be redeemed as cash from a minimum of 1 point.

You may exchange your points for a Samsung Gift Certificate. (Log-in to the website or App > My Page> Apply to Redeem Points)
