    Log in to The Shilla Hotels & Resorts website as a Shilla Rewards member, select ‘My Page’ and edit your profile under ‘My Information’.

    Please be advised that any updates to your name or address can only be made by contacting our Membership Center.

    How can I use a room upgrade coupon?

    A room upgrade coupon is available based on your membership tier– Gold members will receive either two coupons for the next level upgrade and one for a suite, and Diamond members receive four coupons for the next level upgrade and one for a suite.


    ※ This coupon is provided upon the upgrade of your membership.

    1.Log in to The Shilla Hotels & Resorts mobile app, select ‘Coupon Box’ and choose ‘My Coupons’ to view your coupon number. Contact Room Reservations at the hotel where you have booked your stay and inform them of your intention to use the coupon.

    2. Present your coupon at the front desk during check-in


    The coupon may only be used after notifying the hotel’s reservation department of your intent to use it at the time of reservation. Its use is contingent upon room availability.
    The coupon is valid only when the reservation is made under the name of the Shilla Rewards member.
    The coupon is applicable only for reservation made through The Shilla Hotels & Resorts’ booking department or via the official website.
    The coupon is issued solely upon the upgrade of your membership tier and may be used for one room only, regardless of the number of rooms reserved. It cannot be combined with other benefits.
    The coupon is valid for up to three nights per stay. For stays extending beyond three nights, an additional fee may apply, or the room may be downgraded.

    How can I view and/or use mobile coupons?

    Mobile coupons are issued via Hotel Shilla's mobile app.

    1) Search for Hotel Shilla on Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS) and download the mobile app.
    2) Log in to the app as a Shilla Rewards member and click and select "Coupon Box'
    3) Select a coupon from the list to view its details.

    1) A room upgrade coupon can be used by providing its number to our Room Reservations team when making your reservation. Present your mobile coupon at the front desk upon check-in to redeem it.

    2) Other coupons designated for specific hotels do not require prior notification and can be redeemed by presenting them to the front desk clerk at check-in. Please note that coupons must be redeemed at the time of check-in and are not redeemable at or after check out.

    3) To use a room upgrade coupon, please notify the relevant hotel’s Room Reservations team.

    How can Shilla Rewards points can be earned?

    1. Room Usage


    1) Please provide your Shilla Rewards membership number to the Room Reservations team or front desk when making your reservation.


    2) Points will be credited at approximately 9:00 AM on the day following check-out. 


    3) You will earn up to 3% of the amount paid for your room (or 1% on F&B), excluding taxes.


    Points will only be awarded if the room reservation is made under the name of a Shilla Rewards member
     
    2. F&B Usage


    1) Present your Shilla Rewards membership number to staff at the time of payment to earn points, which will be credited the following day.

    Points will not be awarded if your membership number is not provided.


    The above conditions apply even if you are a paying member. If you find that points have not been credited as expected, please refer to the instructions in the FAQs on Shilla Rewards page for guidance on how to request an update to your points balance.

    How many points are earned based on the price of a room package?

    For room packages, points will be earned based on the total payment for the room rate and F&B charges, each calculated according to the applicable earning rate, excluding taxes. .


    ①  Room: The amount you pay for the room, after deducting taxes and F&B charges (including any F&B or restaurant charges included in the breakfast or package), will be used to calculate the points earned based on your membership tier.


    ②  F&B: The amount you pay for F&B after deducting taxes and the room rate (as described in 1), will be used to calculate the points you earned based on your membership tier.

    What are the operating hours of the Shilla Rewards Membership Center?

    Our Shilla Rewards Membership Center is open from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and is closed on weekends and public holidays.

    Where can I view my level score?

    A. You can view your level score by logging into The Shilla Hotels & Resorts website, under Shilla Rewards or mobile app as a member and selecting “My Page”.


    B. You may contact our Membership Center or use the “Inquiries” section on Shilla Rewards page to find your level score.


    C. Your membership tier will be upgraded immediately once your score reaches the required threshold. The upgraded tier will remain valid until December 30th, of the following year.


    D. Membership tier retention or downgrading occurs during the first week of January each  year, based on your spending with us over the previous year, regardless of your membership start date. (For example, if you became a member on May 1, 2022, your membership tier retention or downgrade will be determined in early January 2023, based on your spending between January 1st and December 31st, 2022.)

    A. Shilla Rewards membership website was relaunched in June 2017, featuring a reimagined design and the introduction of mobile membership cards to enhance convenience and ensure that members’ details remain up to date.

    - You can access your mobile membership card by logging into The Shilla Hotels & Resorts mobile app and selecting “My Page”.
    - Please present your mobile card when earning or redeeming points.

    How can I become a Shilla Rewards member?

    You can join Shilla Rewards either online or in person at no cost.


    1. Online
    Visit The Shilla Hotels & Resorts website and click on “Join” to become a member.
    A membership number will be issued immediately upon acceptance.
    If you made a room reservation before becoming a member, please contact the hotel’s reservation department and provide your membership number so that your membership details can be linked to your reservation.


    2. In Person
    You can enroll at any of our hotel front desks by completing a membership form. A membership number will be issued immediately upon enrollment.


    ※To register your online account, visit our website and select “Register Online Account” at the bottom of the login page. You can log in using the membership number indicated on your card, in place of an ID.


    3.You can view your mobile membership card by logging into our The Shilla Hotels & Resorts mobile app as a member and selecting “My Page”.

    What's the difference between registering my online account and becoming a member online?

    A. Please ensure that you register your online account if the following applies:


    1. You completed a form at one of our hotel front desks to join Shilla Rewards.
    2. After providing your Shilla Rewards number, your name in English, and your email address, you will receive a temporary password.
    3. Please note that becoming an online member signifies that you are applying for membership through our website.
    4. A membership number will be issued upon approval of your application.

    How many points will I earn?

    A. Points equivalent to 3% of your room rate and 1% of your food and beverage (F&B) payments will be accrued, provided that your membership tier is either Brown or Silver.


    These percentages are based on your membership level and apply to the final amount paid, excluding taxes.
    For package, products and room charges, the respective earning percentage for room and F&B will apply separately.
    No points will be earned for room products that are ineligible. Please refer to the FAQs on the Shilla Rewards page of our website for further details on items not eligible for points.

    What room products are not eligible for points?

    In accordance with Article 6.3 of the Shilla Rewards Terms of Use, points will not be earned under the following conditions:


    (1) Wholesale room rates, complementary rooms, House Use rooms, special employee rates, family rates, and reservations made through travel agents.
    (2) Rates not specified in the contract.
    (3) Stays where the rates are paid by organizations or associations.
    (4) Payments for Samsung gift certificates or membership fees. 
    (5) Payments at leased-out retailers within our hotel.
    (6) Internet, mini-bar, pay-per-view TV, room phone, room cell phone charges, temporary bed rentals, retail product payments, taxes, business center fees, laundry costs, transportation expenses, fitness club fees, F&B at The Shilla Seoul Urban Island, banquet costs, no-show fees, and room cancellation penalties.
    (7) Retail or promotional items purchases from F&B retailers (e.g., eco bags, keyrings, wines, etc.).
    (8) Membership vouchers, including complimentary room vouchers from Shilla S, Blue Club, Premium Blue, etc.).
    (9) Any additional room charges (room upgrades, extra person fees, etc.) associated with categories (1) through (3) and (8).

    ※ Please note that no points will be earned for F&B purchases without a valid receipt.


    ※Attachment Guidelines:
    Ensure that any file attachments do not exceed 5 MB in size.
    Once your request is submitted, the corresponding points will be added to your balance within one to two weeks by our Membership Center.
