C. When you are using online membership services, we may collect such information as your IP address, service-use history and billing information (i.e., credit card number, bank account number, gift card number, mobile-service payment authorization code, etc.), only for the purposes of making such services available and/or verifying your financial transactions.

A. B. Hotel Shilla Co., Ltd., when concluding a consignment contract, states in a contract or other document matters related to prohibition of processing personal information other than the purpose of performing the consigned work, technical and administrative protection measures, restrictions on re-consignment, management and supervision of the consignee, and liability for damages, etc., in accordance with Article 26 (Restrictions on Processing Personal Information Due to Consignment of Work) of the Personal Information Protection Act, and supervises whether the consignee safely processes personal information.
C. In accordance with Paragraph 6 of Article 26 (Restrictions on Processing Personal Information Due to Consignment of Work) of the Personal Information Protection Act, if the consignee re-consigns our company's personal information processing work, we obtain the consent of Hotel Shilla Co., Ltd.
D. In the event that the content of the consignment work or the consignee changes, we will disclose it without delay through this personal information processing policy.
E. The tasks that are processed overseas during the consignment of personal information processing work are as follows.
