with higher tiers unlocking an increasingly diverse and exclusive range of benefits.

Shilla Rewards points are earned on room stays and dining across The Shilla Hotels & Resorts portfolio, with earning rates varying by membership tier.
Accumulated points can be redeemed like cash across The Shilla Hotels & Resorts portfolio and at partner hotels and may be exchanged for Samsung Gift Certificates at select locations.

Points Earning

The base earning rate is 3% on rooms and 1% on dining, calculated on the final billed amount, with rates differing by membership tier.

• Points are not earned on: VAT; room charges booked through travel agencies; cancellation and no-show fees; Business Center use, laundry charges, and fitness facility charges; Urban Island charges at
  The Shilla Seoul; and other items listed under Article 6, Clause 3 of the Shilla Rewards Terms & Conditions.

Points Redemption

• Each Shilla Rewards point is worth KRW 1.
• Earned points can be redeemed from as little as 1 point — just like cash — against room and dining charges across The Shilla Hotels & Resorts portfolio and at partner hotels.

Points Conversion

• Shilla Rewards points can be exchanged for Samsung Gift Certificates.
• Submit your points conversion request via The Shilla Hotels & Resorts website or app, then collect your Samsung Gift Certificate at the front desk of The Shilla Seoul, The Shilla Jeju, or Shilla Stay Dongtan.
