Benefit Terms

Room-Exclusive Points Coupons

• Valid for use with qualifying reservations* made via The Shilla Hotels & Resorts website or app, or by phone through the Room Reservations desk.
• The points coupon must be presented at the front desk at the time of payment and cannot be used after check-out.
• Points coupons are issued once per year — one coupon per property — for The Shilla Seoul and The Shilla Jeju and must be used within the validity period.
• Points coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons or discount benefits.
• Points coupons are app-exclusive mobile coupons and can be accessed via The Shilla Hotels & Resorts app.

• Qualifying reservations exclude: wholesale rates; complimentary rooms; house-use rooms; employee special rates; family rates; partner promotion rates; complimentary stay vouchers (including those provided upon joining company-operated memberships such as Shilla S, or upon joining partner cards such as the Shilla Rewards Samsung Card or partner membership programs); and reservations made through travel agencies or booking agents.

Room Upgrades

• Available for qualifying reservations only, and only when a room upgrade has been requested at the time of booking.
• Room upgrade benefits may be subject to restrictions based on availability at the hotel of stay.
• Available within the tier validity period only, with a maximum of 3 nights provided per stay.
• For stays exceeding 3 nights, additional charges may apply, or the room may revert to the originally booked category.
• Room upgrades are to the next category above the booked room; Suites are excluded.
  * Shilla Monogram Gangneung Hotel / Residence: Guests booked in a Deluxe Ocean View room (floors 10–17) will be upgraded to a Premium Deluxe room (floors 18–23).
• All room upgrade benefits cannot be used in conjunction with complimentary stay vouchers or other discount vouchers.

 

Suite Room Upgrade Conditions

• The Shilla Seoul: Upgrade to Superior Suite available when booking a Business Deluxe room or above.
• The Shilla Jeju: Upgrade to Mountain View Corner Suite available when booking a Deluxe room or above.
• Shilla Monogram Danang: Upgrade to Corner Suite available when booking a Deluxe room or above.
• Shilla Monogram Gangneung Hotel / Residence: Upgrade to Corner Suite available for guests in a Deluxe Ocean View room (floors 10–17).
  * The Suite room upgrade benefit is not available at Shilla Monogram Xi'an.

 

Suite Room Upgrade Blackout Periods

• The Shilla Seoul: July–August, December 24, December 31, all Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
• The Shilla Jeju: July–August, December 19–31, extended holiday periods (including Lunar New Year, Chuseok, and other public holidays)
• Shilla Monogram Danang: January 1, July–August, December 23–31, Lunar New Year, and Chuseok holidays
• Shilla Monogram Gangneung Hotel / Residence: July–August, December 24, December 31, all Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (including national holidays)

Complimentary Laundry Service During Stay

• Complimentary laundry service is provided once per stay for qualifying reservations only.
• The details of the complimentary laundry service vary by property.

• The Shilla Seoul:
  - (Diamond) Pressing of 1 suit and 1 shirt
  - (Gold) Pressing of 1 shirt

• The Shilla Jeju:
  - (Diamond) Laundering of 1 machine-washable cotton t-shirt and 1 pair of cotton trousers
  - (Gold) Laundering of 1 machine-washable shirt or 1 cotton t-shirt

Clé de Peau Beauté Spa Discount Voucher

• Six discount vouchers for the Clé de Peau Beauté Spa at The Shilla Seoul and The Shilla Jeju are provided for the full calendar year of 2026.
• Vouchers must be used within the validity period and are not subject to reissuance or extension.
• Use of spa discount vouchers may be subject to restrictions based on Clé de Peau Beauté's operating conditions.
• Vouchers are provided for 2026 only; from 2027 onwards, the eligible recipients, discount rates, and quantities are subject to change in
  accordance with the terms of the partnership with Clé de Peau Beauté.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out Service

• Early check-in and late check-out services may be subject to restrictions based on availability at each property.

Complimentary Lounge Access

• Complimentary lounge access is available for qualifying reservations only, for up to 2 guests, including the member.
