Booking Cancellation/Amendment and No-Show
Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show: ▷ Busy season (May to Oct. and Dec. 24th to Dec.31st): The penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night. ▷ Off-season (off-peak periods): The penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.

Relaxation zone(outdoor jacuzzi, Finland sauna) is a facility for adult customers and may only be used by customers above the age of 13 years. (On weekends and holidays, children below the age of 13 are allowed to enter under adult supervision) .
Fitness Club
The regular closing day of the gym, indoor swimming) pool ,and sauna is every third Wednesday.
Only those over the age of 16 years old are permitted to enter the gym. Guests 13 years and older may enter the sauna.
The indoor swimming pool is facility for adult customers and may only be used by customers above the age of 13 years.(On weekends and holidays, children below the age of 13 are allowed to enter under adult supervision)
Guests under the height of 140cm are permitted to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket and only under parental supervision.
Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached
