- Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
- If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show :
ㆍBusy season (Apr. ~ Jun., Oct., Nov. 12/24, 12/31) : The penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.
ㆍOff-season (off-peak periods) : The penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.
