A discount is available for guests who do not use a pool locker.
- Period | July 1 – August 31
- Discount Amount (per guest) | Adults: KRW 5,000 / Children: KRW 3,000Guests not using a locker are kindly asked to change into swimwear in their room before arriving at the pool.
Children: Ages 37 months to 12 years
Entry may be restricted when capacity is exceeded to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all.

- The Spa Pavilion is exclusively for residence guests and is a non-smoking area.
- To ensure smooth access, reservations are required. Please book using the QR code provided at check-in.
- Residence pool use is complimentary when using the Spa Pavilion.
- Cross-use with the hotel pool is not permitted.
- Children under 36 months may use the pool free of charge.
- Guests under 140 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult and are required to wear a life jacket. Life jackets are available free of charge.

- Please warm up thoroughly before entering the water.
- Diving is prohibited.
- Entry is restricted under the following conditions:
- If there is a suspected risk to public hygiene, such as eye infections, skin conditions, or other communicable diseases
- If you have an allergy to pool disinfectants
- If you have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol
- If weather conditions have deteriorated due to rain, typhoon, cold snap, or similar conditions - Sharp or breakable items such as metal, plastic, or glass objects are not permitted in the pool area.
- Please cooperate fully with the guidance of lifeguards and staff so that everyone may enjoy the facilities safely.

Photography
- Photography for commercial purposes may be restricted.
- Underwater photography, photography inside changing rooms, and live internet broadcasting are prohibited.
- Conduct deemed to infringe upon the portrait rights of other guests may be subject to legal action.
Attire
- Swimwear and a swim cap must be worn when using the pool.
- Entry may be restricted if you are wearing color-transfer clothing such as cotton T-shirts or jeans.
- Infants under 36 months must wear a swimsuit and a waterproof diaper.
- Please remove accessories such as earrings, hair clips, and rings that may injure other guests.
- If you have tattoos, please cover them with a rash guard or similar.
Pool Equipment
- Only tubes with a diameter of 1 meter or less may be brought in and used.
- For safety reasons, personal swimming equipment (fins, snorkeling gear, underwater propellers, water guns, beach balls, etc.) is not permitted.
- Children's life jackets and puddle jumpers are available for complimentary use.
Food & Beverages
- Please refrain from bringing outside food and beverages into the pool area.
- If you have an allergy to any specific ingredient, please inform a staff member when ordering.
Etiquette
- Please shower before entering the pool.
- If you have applied tanning products such as suntan oil, please rinse off before using the pool.
- Children aged 4 and over may not enter shower rooms or changing rooms of the opposite sex.
- Out of consideration for others, please refrain from speaking loudly or engaging in behavior that may cause discomfort to other guests.
