- Pet-Friendly Room Guidelines

1. Entry Requirements & Health Conditions
- Only trained dogs aged 3 months or older and weighing 7 kg or less may stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs per room.
- Only dogs with no signs of infectious disease and with rabies vaccination completed within the past two years are permitted. Please present proof of vaccination at check-in.
- Under the “Animal Protection Act,” five restricted dog breeds and their mixes are not permitted to stay. (Tosa Inu, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler)
- No pets other than dogs are permitted. One set of pet amenities is provided per room.
2. In-Room Rules & Hygiene
- Dogs may not be left alone in the room while you are out. Violation of this rule may result in immediate check-out without a refund.
- Pet items, such as the pee tray, are excluded from housekeeping services. Please dispose of waste and trash yourself.
- When hotel staff visit the room, please place your dog in its crate for safety.
3. Public Area Etiquette & Movement
- In all public areas of the hotel (lobby, corridors, etc.), dogs must be kept on a leash and transported in a stroller or carrier.
- Muzzles are required for aggressive dogs. Dogs that pose a threat or cause distress to other guests may be refused access to the facilities.
- Dogs are not permitted in standard rooms or facilities outside of Pet-Friendly rooms.
4. Liability & Accident Prevention
- The hotel and its staff are not responsible for any illness, loss, or accident involving your dog, including incidents between dogs.
- The owner is responsible for any harm caused to other guests or staff, or any damage to facilities or property caused by their dog. Compensation may be requested in accordance with hotel policy.
- Please keep a close eye on your dog at all times for everyone's safety.
