    - 客房包装只能通过网站或手机应用程序预约。
    - 如蓝,新罗,新会员等折扣优惠,则无法享受折扣优待。
    - 超出标准人员入住时,对追加人员另行收费
    * 每个房间最多的是3个成年人。
    * 每个房间的儿童最多(13岁或以下)允许留在房间里。(指13岁或以下)
    - 相关内容根据天气或酒店情况，可能会变更地点或取消。
    - 退房当日配套设施可以使用至15点（泳池、健身中心、桑拿浴），入场须在13点前。
    - 身高1.3米以下的儿童必须佩戴安全防弹背心,并配有保护泳池,以供儿童安全使用。
    - 为了提供舒适的环境，所有客房均禁止吸烟。
    - 入住时间为下午2点，退房时间为中午11点前。
  • Cancellation refund policy

    • Booking Cancellation/Amendment and No-Show

      Peak season(May to Oct. and Dec. 24 to Dec. 31)

      - Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
      - The penalty is charged at 20% of the room rate for the first night from six days until one day  prior to the scheduled check-in date.
      - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in,  or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.

      Off-season(off-peak periods)

      - Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day  prior to the scheduled check-in date.
      - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.
