Booking Cancellation/Amendment and No-Show
Peak season(May to Oct. and Dec. 24 to Dec. 31)
- Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. - The penalty is charged at 20% of the room rate for the first night from six days until one day prior to the scheduled check-in date. - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.
Off-season(off-peak periods)
- Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day prior to the scheduled check-in date. - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.
