User Guide
- Operating Policies

- The Family Pool is exclusively for hotel guests.
- There are no lockers at the Family Pool. Please check in at the first-floor desk before use and store your belongings in the Indoor Pool lockers.
- The pool is available until 15:00 on the day of check-out. For uninterrupted access, please arrive by 13:00.
- The availability of towels, kickboards, slippers, and robes for loan may vary depending on the season and operating hours.
- Strollers are not permitted in the pool area.
Paid Rental & Purchase Services
- Rental(per use): Swimsuit (KRW 9,000), Swim cap (KRW 3,000), Goggles (KRW 3,000), Tube (KRW 5,000)
- Purchase: Swim cap (KRW 20,000), Round tube (KRW 30,000), Floating pillow (KRW 20,000)
Outdoor Sun Lounger Reservation (indoor lounge chairs available on a first-come, first-served basis)
- Reservation Method: Scan the QR code in the guidebook provided at check-in to access the reservation page and make your booking.
- Hours: 09:00–11:00 / 11:30–14:00 / 14:30–17:00 / 17:30–20:00 / 20:30–23:00
- One reservation per day is permitted. Additional use may be available on the day, depending on availability.
- Safety Rules

- Please warm up thoroughly before entering the water.
- Diving is prohibited.
- Guests under 130 ㎝ in height must wear a life jacket and may use the pool when accompanied by a guardian.
- Entry is restricted under the following conditions:
- If there is a suspected risk to public hygiene, such as eye infections, skin conditions, or other communicable diseases
- If you have an allergy to pool disinfectants
- If you have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol
- If weather conditions have deteriorated due to rain, typhoon, cold snap, or similar condition:
- Sharp or breakable items such as metal, plastic, or glass objects are not permitted in the pool area.
- Pregnant guests and elderly guests are advised to take care not to overexert themselves.
- Please cooperate fully with the guidance of lifeguards and staff so that everyone may enjoy the facilities safely.

Photography
- Photography for commercial purposes may be restricted.
- Excessive photography that inconveniences other guests may be stopped by lifeguards or staff.
- Underwater photography, photography inside changing rooms, and live internet broadcasting are prohibited.
- Conduct deemed to infringe upon the portrait rights of other guests may be subject to legal action.
Attire
- Proper swimwear and a swim cap are required in the pool. T-shirts and aqua shoes are not permitted.
- Please remove accessories such as earrings, hair clips, and rings that may injure other guests.
- Guests with tattoos are asked to cover them with a rash guard or similar garment.
- Children under 36 months may use the pool when wearing a swimsuit and a waterproof diaper.
Pool Equipment
- For safety reasons, personal swimming equipment (fins, snorkeling gear, personal swim tubes, etc.) is not permitted.
- Kickboards provided at the pool are available for free use. Please return them to their designated place after use.
- Guests under 130 cm in height must wear a life jacket. Life jackets are available free of charge.
Food & Beverages
- Please refrain from bringing outside food and beverages into the pool area.
- If you have an allergy to any specific ingredient, please inform a staff member when ordering.
Etiquette
- Please shower before entering the pool.
- If you have applied tanning products such as suntan oil, please rinse off before using the pool.
- Children aged 4 and over may not enter shower rooms or changing rooms of the opposite sex.
- Out of consideration for others, please refrain from speaking loudly or engaging in behavior that may cause discomfort to other guests.
