- The outdoor pool and sauna are accessible to hotel guests and anyone presenting a valid pool pass.
- Sun loungers are available on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge.
- As sun loungers are shared facilities for all guests, access may be restricted after an absence of 50 minutes or more to accommodate other guests.
- Daybeds and cabanas are available at an additional charge and can be reserved at the front desk on the 1st floor.
- Daybed and cabana users will receive a dedicated wristband and may use the facility during their reserved time slot.
- Safety Rules

- Please warm up thoroughly before entering the water.
- Children under 130 cm in height must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by an adult guardian.
- Entry is restricted under the following conditions.
- If there is a suspected risk to public hygiene, such as eye infections, skin conditions, or other communicable diseases
- If you have an allergy to pool disinfectants
- If you have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol
- If weather conditions have deteriorated due to rain, typhoon, cold snap, or similar conditions - Sharp or breakable items such as metal, plastic, or glass objects are not permitted in the pool area.
- Please cooperate fully with the guidance of lifeguards and staff so that everyone may enjoy the facilities safely.

Photography & Etiquette
- Photography for commercial purposes may be restricted.
- Please shower before entering the pool.
- If you have applied tanning products such as suntan oil, please rinse off before using the pool.
- Children aged 4 and over may not enter shower rooms or changing rooms of the opposite sex.
Attire & Swimming Equipment
- Please wear swimwear when using the pool.
- If you have tattoos, please cover them with a rash guard or similar.
- For safety reasons, inflatable tubes with a diameter of 1 m or larger, water toy guns, and personal swimming equipment (fins, snorkeling gear, etc.) are not permitted.
- Infants under 48 months must wear swimwear and waterproof diapers.
- In-room slippers are not permitted in the pool area.
Food & Beverage
- For the safety of all guests, glass containers, canned beverages, and outside food are not permitted in the pool area.
(Exceptions include drinking water, non-glass/non-canned beverages, baby food, and special dietary food for medical purposes.)
