- Operating Policies

- The Outdoor Pool is exclusively for hotel guests. The Adult Pool is open to guests aged 19 and over.
- To maintain a comfortable and safe environment, entry may be subject to a wait once capacity is reached.
- The entire Outdoor Pool area is a non-smoking zone.
- Safety Rules

- Please warm up thoroughly before entering the water.
- Diving is prohibited.
- Entry is restricted under the following conditions.
- If there is a suspected risk to public hygiene, such as eye infections, skin conditions, or other communicable diseases
- If you have an allergy to pool disinfectants
- If you have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol
- If weather conditions have deteriorated, including strong winds or heavy rain - Sharp or breakable items such as metal, plastic, or glass objects are not permitted in the pool area.
- Pregnant guests and elderly guests are advised to take care not to overexert themselves.
- Please cooperate fully with the guidance of lifeguards and staff so that everyone may enjoy the facilities safely.

Photography
- Photography for commercial purposes may be restricted.
- Underwater photography using any recording device, including mobile phones, is not permitted.
- Excessive photography that inconveniences other guests may be stopped by lifeguards or staff.
Attire
- Swimwear must be worn at all times in the pool. (T-shirts and aqua shoes are not permitted.)
- Infants under 36 months must wear a swimsuit and a waterproof diaper.
- Please remove accessories such as earrings, hair clips, and rings that may injure other guests.
Pool Equipment
- Only tubes with a diameter of 1 m or less are permitted.
- Life jackets are available for complimentary rental.
- For safety reasons, personal swimming equipment (fins, snorkeling gear, underwater propellers, water guns, etc.) is not permitted in the pool area. Beach balls are the only exception.
Food & Beverage
- Please refrain from bringing outside food and beverages, including alcohol, into the pool area.
- Food and beverage orders must be placed at least 30 minutes before closing time.
- If you have a food allergy, please inform a staff member when placing your order.
Etiquette
- Please shower before entering the pool.
- If you have applied tanning products such as suntan oil, please rinse off before using the pool.
- Out of consideration for others, please refrain from speaking loudly or engaging in behavior that may cause discomfort to other guests.
