- Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.

ㆍBusy season(May to Oct. and Dec.24 to Dec.31): The penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.
ㆍOff-season(off-peak periods) : The penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.

the penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.
