    - Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is no later than 12 pm.

    - To ensure more pleasant room arrangements during peak season, the check-out time will be changed to 11 a.m.

    - Rates are per room per night for two adults and subject to tax.

    - Please note that for safety reasons, the fitness center is available for use only for guests aged 16 years or older.

    □ Booking Cancellation/Amendment and No-Show

    - Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.

    - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show :

    ㆍBusy season (Apr. ~ Jun., Oct., Nov. 12/24, 12/31) : The penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.

    ㆍOff-season (off-peak periods) : The penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.

    [Shilla Stay Jeju/Haeundae]

    - Peak season (May, Jul, Aug, Oct, Dec. 24, Dec. 31)

    ㆍCancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

    ㆍThe penalty is charged at 20% of the room rate for the first night from six days until two days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

    ㆍIf a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the 2 days prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.

    - Off-season (off-peak periods)

    ㆍCancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
