  • Cancellation refund policy

      - Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 15:00 local time one (1) day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
      - Any Cancellations/Amendments occuring after 15:00 one (1) day prior to the scheduled check-in date, or a no-show will incur a cancellation charge of the full rate of the first night.

      - Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 15:00 local time three (3) days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
      - Any Cancellations/Amendments occurng after 15:00 local time three (3) days prior to the scheduled check-in date, or a no-show will incur a cancellation charge of the full rate of the first night.

      ※ In the event of a Cancellation or no-show, a penalty may be charged to your credit card in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
