※ Instructions
    - The above promotion is for 2 adults, and subject to prevailing tax.
    - The room package can only be booked online via the website or mobile app.
    - Additional discounts such as those available through Blue, Shilla S membership, or credit card company discounts may not be used.
    - Extra charges may apply for additional guests.
    - The maximum occupancy per room is 3 adults.
    - The maximum number of children (aged 13 or below) permitted to stay in a room is two.
    - The maximum capacity per room is 4 guests including children. (aged 13 or below)
    - Venue is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
    - Guests are allowed to use the pool until 15:00 on the day of check-out. Please be there no later than 13:00.
    - Children under 1.3 meters in height must wear safety vests and be accompanied by guardians when using swimming pools for children's safety.
    - For a pleasant environment, all rooms are non-smoking.
    - Check-in is at 14:00. Check-out is before 11:00.

  • Cancellation refund policy

    • Booking Cancellation/Amendment and No-Show

      Peak season(May to Oct. and Dec. 24 to Dec. 31)

      - Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
      - The penalty is charged at 20% of the room rate for the first night from six days until one day  prior to the scheduled check-in date.
      - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in,  or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.

      Off-season(off-peak periods)

      - Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day  prior to the scheduled check-in date.
      - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.
