General Usage Information

Please present a valid ID for identity verification upon check-in.
Guests under the age of 19 who are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian may not stay at the hotel. (Unaccompanied guests must be at least 19 years old as of the check-in date.)
Package rates are based on one room for two adults for one night and include 10% VAT. Discounts may not be combined.
No additional room occupancy charge applies for children aged 12 or under.
Gifts may vary depending on hotel operations and will be provided at the front desk upon check-in.
For safety reasons, the fitness center is available only to guests aged 16 or older.

Important Notice

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Reservation changes and cancellations may be restricted after mobile check-in is completed. In the event of a no-show, a penalty will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Upon completing mobile check-in, please proceed to the front desk for final payment.
Please make sure to bring a credit card in your own name for payment and signature.
Any unpaid charges identified after check-out may be charged to the credit card presented at check-in.
For your security, please store valuables in the safe at the front desk.

Penalties apply for cancellations or modifications made prior to the scheduled stay.
Penalty fees vary depending on the scheduled dates of stay and the time of cancellation or modification.
