If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in,
or in the event of a no-show :
- Busy season (May ~ October) : The penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.
- Off-season : The penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.
